We are manufacturing custom made products based on client’s designs, we don’t offer catalog for stock designs for sale. If you would like to know about our main products range, please check our website on products page.

We don’t offer standard pricelist since custom products have different prices based on product type, material, design, size and quantity. If you would like to get quotes, please send the design, material, size and quantity to us for accurate prices.
MOQ
You can check the MOQ for different products at our website on products page. If no MOQ indicated for the products you are looking for, please send the design, material and size to us for MOQ.

SAMPLES SENT FOR REVIEW
1. Free sample package with sample shipping cost USD35 charged (except remote countries and areas by international couriers). Products can be sent: caps, beanies, socks, t-shirts, patches, pins, pop sockets, phone cases, phone rings, lanyards, wristbands, keychains, etc. The samples sent cannot be indicated.
2. Charged sample package and shipping cost. Products can be sent: hoodies, jackets, leggings, track suits, sweaters, shawls, tapestries, etc. The accurate sample cost and shipping cost will be provided after consulting. The sample styles are subjected to our latest stock.

PMS COLORS
We can match colors to PANTONE color chart as universal standard. For certain products, there will be specific color charts for color options.

To protect our clients’ business confidentiality and copyrights, we do not disclose our clients’ information. COPYRIGHTS PROTECTION
Our clients’ copyrights are 100% strictly protected. Clients’ designs will never be revealed to a third party, samples and products will never be copied or sold in any cases. We reject any pirate orders.
MANUFACTURE OR TRADE
We are a merch company for a wide variety of custom products, we are production and trade integration.
PAYMENTS
We accept PayPal payment for sample and mould payment. 5% PayPal service fee will be charged in additional.
We require bank wire ONLY for order payment. 100% payment before goods shipment.
We don't accept the third party CNY payment due to the financial risks.
SAMPLE TIME
About 5 to 10 working days in general.

SAMPLE APPROVAL
1. Samples need to be sent to client for review before order. The sample shipping cost USD35-50 will be charged. (recommended)
2. Sample can be approved for order by photo review alternatively. Once the sample is approved for production and the final products are produced in the same way as the approved sample, clients have to take the responsibility of photo review for any changes or unsatisfaction of the final products. No sample fee or order payment can be refunded in such case with any excuses.
QUALITY ENSURANCE
We ensure the quality consistency of the approved sample and the final order products.
Although it is in very rare cases, if any quality problems occur unfortunately, we will solve the problems positively with the clients based on mutual understanding and communications. The compensation solutions will be provided to help solve problems by cases.
